Return & Refund Policy

All sales at bitters.es are final. As our products are consumable goods intended for personal use, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

When we'll make it right — We'll reship or refund your order if:

• Your product arrives visibly and significantly damaged, or
• Your order was not delivered due to a confirmed error on our part.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage or issue. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, customs holds, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing — flavour, quantity, and shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
